When it comes to training, I draw my inspiration from a variety of practises, sports and modalities including yoga, calisthenics, aerial/circus arts, martial arts, gymnastics and functional fitness training. I have worked in some of the top London boutique studios and am continually working for high end fitness brands.

I am also the owner of my own movement and lifestyle platform, KEWSTRENGTH, which offers my coaching services to help people become healthier, stronger and happier through training, nutrition, hydration, sleep and stress management.

My philosophy when it comes to strength is that it is fully synergistic between the physical, mental and spiritual. Physical strength grounds us, giving our bodies, the resilience to carry us through life’s demands but its incomplete without the mental fortitude to face uncertainty, setbacks and self-doubt. Spiritual strength is the quiet anchor of my philosophy, and it is the inner compass that guides us towards our purpose and peace. True strength lies in the balancing of these forces. Holistic strength isn’t about being unbreakable but being adaptable and rising no matter to the challenge.

 For us to be able to achieve our full potential, we must make sure the foundations we are working from are strong. I work very closely with my clients to ensure they achieve their maximum potential. I conduct both online and in person training which adapts to the busy lives of my clients and helps drive the greatest, long-term success.
